Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions.
  • Select Nestique and choose a different plan or Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.

I purchased Pro but the features are locked. How do I restore purchases?

Open Nestique and go to the paywall or settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase receipt.

How do I get better redesign results?
  • Use a well-lit, straight-on photo that shows as much of the room as possible.
  • Be specific in your prompt: “make my kitchen cozy and warm” works better than “improve this”.
  • Mention what to keep: “keep the sofa, replace the rug”.
  • Use Refine to adjust a result you almost like, or Try Another for a fresh take.
Where are my photos and designs stored?

Your rooms, prompts, and saved looks are stored locally on your device. When you generate a design, the selected photo and your prompt are sent to our AI providers to process the request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can clear your history in the app settings, and uninstalling the app removes local data.

How do I delete my data?

Clear your in-app history from the app settings, or uninstall the app to remove all local data. To request deletion of any service-side data, email us at support@nestique.app.

Why did my generation fail or come out strange?

AI results vary with photo quality, lighting, and instruction clarity. Occasional failures can also happen when the AI service is busy — trying again usually works. If a problem persists, email us with the approximate time it happened and a description of what you tried.

Is Room Roast serious?

No — Room Roast is for fun. The scores and one-liners are entertainment, not a professional assessment of your home. (The clutter score is pretty honest, though.)
