Whisperr (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Nestique mobile application (the “App”) and this website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how we process it, and the choices you have.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App or the Site.
1. Information We Process
1.1 Content you provide in the App
- Room photos and images you choose from your camera or photo library.
- Text prompts and edit instructions you enter.
- Optional names or labels you assign to rooms, items, and variations.
1.2 App-generated content
- AI-generated room variations and extracted item images.
- Before/after share images created by the App.
1.3 Usage and diagnostics data
- Anonymous usage events (for example, feature usage such as generating a variation or viewing the paywall) collected through Mixpanel to understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Local usage counters and settings (for example, onboarding completion and your AI data-sharing preference), stored on your device.
- An anonymous authentication identifier (Firebase Authentication, anonymous sign-in) used to authorize requests to our image-generation service. This does not include your name or email address.
1.4 Purchase data
- Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage entitlements. We do not receive your payment card details.
1.5 Website visitors
- The Site uses Google Analytics and Mixpanel to measure page views and interactions (for example, clicks on App Store links). These tools may use cookies or local storage and collect device and usage information such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited.
1.6 What we do not do
- The App does not require account signup with your name or email.
- We do not sell personal information.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core features: room redesign, item extraction, and visual variations.
- Process AI image editing and generation requests.
- Save your project history on your device.
- Validate purchases and unlock paid features.
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and debug service issues.
- Understand aggregate feature usage and improve the App and Site.
- Respond to support requests.
3. AI Data Sharing Notice
Before the App sends personal data to third-party AI providers, Nestique shows an in-app notice that explains what data may be sent and which providers may receive it, and that by continuing you agree to this data sharing for app functionality.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
When you use AI generation features, your request is sent through our backend service and may be processed by the following providers:

We only use these providers to process your requests and operate the service. We require processors to maintain data protections consistent with this policy.
5. Data Retention
- Local project data is stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. You can clear in-app history from the App settings.
- Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics providers.
- Service-provider logs and processing data may be retained according to provider policies and legal requirements.
6. Data Sharing
We may share data with AI and cloud service providers that process requests on our behalf; hosting, security, and support vendors; and authorities if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The App and Site are not directed to children under the age required by applicable local law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access or request a copy of personal data.
- Correct or update data.
- Request deletion.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

11. Regional Notices
11.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)
If applicable, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights were violated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
